Adult Chocolate Milk

This upgraded version of chocolate milk is satisfyingly delicious yet made with all nutrient-dense ingredients, you can feel good about drinking as post-workout fuel or afternoon snack for your kids. It contains healthy fats, protein, fibre, antioxidants and polyphenols (unlike conventional chocolate milk.

1 C Full fat coconut milk
1 C Water
1/2 Avocado
2 Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp Organic raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp Hemp hearts
1 Tsp Nut butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
pinch of pink salt or Real salt

Optional add-ins:
3 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste) for sweetness
1 Tbsp Collagen peptides
1 Tsp Lion’s mane mushroom powder
1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy post-workout or any time of day and feel good about enjoying chocolate without the other unnecessary ingredients.
