Citrus Immunity Shots
Store-bought varieties of health shots can be expensive and contain low-quality ingredients or added sugars. Making them from home is easy, simple, and customizable. This recipe is so creamy and delicious you’ll want to make it even when you’re not feeling under the weather.
Instead of running to the pharmacy to stock up on cold medication, try some whole-foods immune support first, combined with plenty of rest, hydration, and nourishing foods.
This recipe is completely customizable, try adding some zinc or honey if you or your kids have a sore throat.
