Improving antioxidant capacity

1 Tbsp Blume Turmeric Latte mix (or make your own with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger, and vanilla)
1 Scoop of grass-fed vanilla Whey protein
1 scoop of collagen
1 Tbsp MCT oil
10 oz boiling water
4 oz full-fat coconut milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients except milk into a blender for 30s or blend with an electric frother. Pour into your fav mug or stainless to-go container. Froth/steam/heat your non-dairy milk and pour over the turmeric blend. Leave milk cold if pouring over ice.

Nutrition highlights:

Turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful antioxidant that is fat-soluble. Therefore, combining it with MCT is the perfect way to absorb these naturally healing nutrients.

Collagen

Supports gut health, improves liver function, supports joint and bone health, strengthens hair, skin and nails, and can improve mood, cognition and sleep. (Vitamin C helps with the formation of collagen in the body)
