When booking a Small Group Nutrition Coaching session (<5 people), we will discuss the principles of the LoLoHealthCo Food Priority Guide found in our Nutrition eBook and the fundamental nutritional science principles needed for optimizing health and wellness. We can answer any questions the group may have and make generalized recommendations, as opposed to an individualized approach seen with the Personal Coaching Sessions.
This session will not include a health assessment of the group members and therefore, will not require an intake form. This session will be 50 minutes and will include a 20% off discount code for purchasing any of our eBooks.
