Now that we all know how important quality matters when it comes to our food, let’s jump right to the recipe so that you can start enjoying some healthified chocolate milk ASAP
Adult Chocolate Milk:
1 C Full fat coconut milk
1 C Water
1/2 Avocado
2 Tbsp Vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp Organic raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp Hemp hearts
1 Tsp Nut butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon
pinch of pink salt or Real salt
Optional add-ins:
3 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste) for sweetness
1 Tbsp Collagen peptides
1 Tsp Lion’s mane mushroom powder
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy post-workout or any time of day and feel good about enjoying chocolate without the other unnecessary ingredients.
