Use this smoothie to recover after a workout or calm your chocolate craving. Either way, this will hit the spot if you love that choc mint combo.
Ingredients:
1 C spinach
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
1 handful of fresh mint (or sub mint extract)
1/2 C frozen cauliflower
1/2 frozen banana (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tsp maca powder (or sub other adaptogens like lions mane or ashwagandha)
1 C coconut milk
2 drops liquid stevia (optional)
1/2 C water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except nibs) in a high-speed blender until creamy & smooth. Add the nibs and pulse x1 to maintain their texture. Use less water if you prefer your smoothie thicker. Transfer into a reusable stainless/glass jar and enjoy!
